Creatine as a supplement has been known to do great things for a bodybuilder's physique. For low level to top tier bodybuilders is a staple as part of their bodybuilding stack. As a supplement you can usually find it in powdered form much like many other bodybuilding supplements on the market. But apparently there's a different variety of creatine.

Liquid creatine is a supplement that claims to work the same as it's powdered variant. Rather than wonder if this claim is true or not, Jerry Brainum is here to break things down and let you know whether you should invest in liquid creatine or stick to its powdered form.
